ARC Anxiety (Ages 11-14)

An in-person group for youth and teens to support anxiety reduction and regulation.

Description

Group sessions will be held for youth and teens in-person for one hour per week for 6 weeks as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on anxiety using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.

Participants will learn to develop coping skills, practice mindfulness techniques, and participate in activities to support anxiety reduction and regulation.
