ARC Anger Management (Ages 13-17)

An in-person group for youth and teens where participants will learn tools to understand and control strong emotions constructively.

Description

An 8-week long in-person group for youth and teens that runs for 1 hour per week. 

Group sessions will be held as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on anger management using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.
